‣ Sunday shows begin at 12pm and last for approximately 2.5 - 3 hours
‣ There will be a short interval where hot drinks and food will be available to purchase.
‣ There is parking at the venue - this is on grass as well as hard standing.
‣ This theatre show is performed in an equestrian arena and the audience will, at times, have to walk across our special surface which is designed to be soft for the horses. Please wear appropriate footwear and be aware that this surface may at times be uneven

Bravo is suitable for all the family. All ages are welcome. Children under 16 are entitled to a children's ticket , but must be accompanied by an adult.
Sunday performances start at 12pm and evening performances start at 6pm unless otherwise stated.
Seating is not reserved. Purchase the area of the arena you would like to sit in from Bronze to Gold.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the performance dogs are not permitted
Yes there are camera and filming equipment present at the event. If you wish to avoid being filmed please let the steward know.
No, as we are a seated venue we can only accommodate tickets purchased in advance
If you arrive late at the venue you will not be refused entry to the venue, however if you miss the start of the show, you will be admitted at the first suitable opportunity. This is to avoid any disruption to the performance.-Please note that the venue has the right to refuse entry.
Yes, we have a ramp in and out of the arena as well as accessible toilets.
All ticket-holding guests are able to obtain a carer ticket when they present one of the following forms of documentation at Admissions:
- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book.
- Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
- Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- A valid Blue Badge
- In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
- A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
- Credibility’s Access Card
The carer is required to be at least 14 years of age. Please note children under 14 must be accompanied by someone aged 16+ years.
Carers must be able to take responsibility for relaying instructions to the guest they are caring for and help embark and disembark a ride where appropriate.
